Reitze Brouwer has joined Oracle in February 2011 as a member of the company's EMEA HR leadership team. Reitze combines responsibility for Labour Relations (works councils & trade unions) with Mergers & Acquisitions Integration.

 

Reitze has worked for some of the technology sector's leading players including Oracle, SAP and BT and contributed well in excess of €100 million in cost savings and operational efficiencies to his employers. A Dutch native, Reitze lived in 8 countries including Germany, USA and Russia, and speaks 4 languages fluently.
